My Grownup & Me: Monday 4:45-5:15 PM

Dancers, accompanied by a parent or guardian, will explore creative movement and rhythm through fun, interactive games. Kids will love the play—parents will love the boost in coordination, social skills, and readiness for structured classroom settings.

Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination, and expression through movement. With music, stories, and games, kids get to discover their own unique ways of dancing while building confidence and having a blast!

techniques while incorporating music games to support well-rounded development.

These classes provide a strong technical foundation for future development while introducing the fundamentals of ballet, tap, and jazz. Students focus on building rhythm, improving flexibility, developing coordination, and gaining confidence in a supportive environment.

​At this level, dancers are expected to demonstrate a strong technical foundation while continuing to refine their technique, musicality, flexibility, strength, and versatility across multiple dance styles. Classes challenge students to develop greater control, confidence, endurance, and artistic expression as they prepare for advanced-level training.

At this advanced level, dancers are challenged to refine every aspect of their technique while developing artistry, versatility, endurance, and leadership within the studio. Students are expected to approach each class with dedication, discipline, and a strong work ethic as they continue to grow as well-rounded performers.

Adult Barre Fitness: Tuesday 8:15 - 9:00 PM

Barre Fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. This class focuses on improving posture, balance, flexibility, and muscle tone using small, controlled movements at the barre and on the mat.

Adult Jazzercise: Wednesday 8:15 - 9:00 PM

Adult Jazzercise is a fun, high-energy fitness class that combines jazz dance, cardio, and strength training. Set to upbeat music, this class is designed to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness in a supportive and engaging environment.

Adult Tap: Friday 6:15 - 7:00 PM

Adult Tap is a Beginner–Intermediate class that introduces or builds upon tap dance fundamentals. Dancers will work on rhythm, timing, coordination, and basic-to-intermediate tap steps while enjoying upbeat music and a supportive environment. This class is perfect for adults looking to develop technique, stay active, and enjoy the art of tap dance.

Cost: $60

Line Dancing: Saturday 12:30 - 1:30 PM (bi-weekly)

Line Dancing is a bi-weekly social event designed for fun, movement, and community connection. Participants will learn easy-to-follow line dances in a relaxed, welcoming environment. This class focuses on enjoyment, coordination, and staying active while sharing a fun experience with others.

Cost: $10 (drop-in rate)
